Learning reports
Go to E-learning → Learning reports (under Follow up). E-learning administrators, exam administrators and school administrators can open it.
What’s new (8 October 2026): one page now lists the printable learning reports: the learning gaps heat map, a learner’s journey, Did the help work?, Then and now, and revision leagues drawn as circles. The director’s academic review now also reports what ShuleOne’s learning support did in the period.
The reports follow one story, from diagnosis to results:
- Diagnose – the heat map shows where learners are struggling.
- Recommend – each learner’s journey shows the learning plan ShuleOne gave them and its steps.
- Evidence – Did the help work? and Then and now show what improved.
Choose a Class (or the whole school) and a Period (last 2 weeks, last month or last 3 months) at the top. Each report has View (on screen) and Download PDF. Every PDF ends with a short note on how its numbers are worked out. The class and period are shared with the Dashboard and Support, so they follow you between the three pages; Did the help work? uses the same period as the dashboard.
The reports
Section titled “The reports”| Report | What it answers |
|---|---|
| Learning gaps heat map | One block per class with the topics most of its learners are stuck on: the class’s average mastery on each topic (as a bar), how many learners are below Meeting expectations, and the change in topic checks against the period before. For the whole school each class shows its six weakest topics; choose a class to see all of its topics. |
| Learner journey | For one learner (choose a class, then the learner): where they are struggling, every learning plan ShuleOne gave them with its steps (sessions, minutes, quest or AI tutor), each topic check since, any changed approach, and the result (target reached, improving, no change yet, declined). |
| Did the help work? | For the plans started in the period: how many learners started the work, how many were re-checked, and what came of it. It also shows how often ShuleOne changed the approach when the first plan did not help, and how many improved after the change, topic by topic. |
| Then and now | This period against the one before, by class and subject: the average topic check before and now, how many learners improved or declined, targets reached and new gaps found. |
| Revision leagues | Learners working on the same weak topic at the same level, drawn as a circle: the league name in the middle and each learner around it with photo, name, class and admission number. A league holds at most 12 learners; when more are working on a topic they are shared out evenly as League 1, League 2 and so on. |
| Director’s academic review | Decisions for this week and results over time for school leadership, now with a Learning support from ShuleOne section. |
| Learning plans monitor | Every learner with a learning plan: on track, at risk, overdue or achieved. |
How a recommendation changes when it does not help
Section titled “How a recommendation changes when it does not help”ShuleOne gives each learner a learning plan for a weak topic: practice (a quest where one exists, otherwise the AI tutor) and a short topic check. If a learner follows the plan for 10 days without improving, ShuleOne changes the approach: worked examples, shorter and more frequent sessions, and a foundation topic where one is needed. The learner journey and Did the help work? show each change and what happened after it.
Leagues: what happens when a learner improves
Section titled “Leagues: what happens when a learner improves”A learner who reaches the target graduates. They stay in the league with a green tick so the school can see who the league helped, and they leave it four weeks later. Learners who have not improved after several rounds are marked Needs a teacher (orange).
Reading the numbers
Section titled “Reading the numbers”- Needs support means below Meeting expectations on your school’s band scale.
- Improved means at least 5 points above the learner’s own starting point. A point is the difference between percentages: 50% to 60% is +10 points.
- Target reached means 70% or more in a topic check.
- Only learners with a topic check after their plan began count as re-checked. The others are still practising.
- These reports show observed change. They do not on their own prove that one activity caused it.
