The Intervention Centre turns marked CBC evidence into a focused support workflow. It combines teacher rubrics, marked assignments and tests, LMS quests, past papers or exams, and learning-game results where each item has a verified CBC sub-strand. Work in one class and one subject at a time so that unrelated learning areas are never mixed into the same decision.

Virtual Labs are listed as lesson resources, but they do not contribute to mastery until a scored learner attempt is recorded. Coding pathway marks also remain in the coding report rather than being mixed into academic subject mastery.

Review a class and subject

1. Choose the Class. The Subject list immediately changes to show only subjects offered in that class.
2. Choose the subject. ShuleOne analyses all available evidence automatically. Use Exam reference only when you need the past-paper or exam part of the evidence to come from a particular reference; classroom, assignment, LMS and learning-game evidence still contributes.
3. Use Priority map to see the weakest sub-strands first. Each card shows the evidence average, how many learners have mapped evidence for that area, and the number below the intervention threshold. An average based on one learner is never presented as a whole-class average.
4. Switch to Mastery profiles to compare learners against the same sub-strands. Each circular result shows combined mastery and its colour band. Teacher-rubric-only results use the CBC bands BE (Below Expectation), AE (Approaching Expectation), ME (Meeting Expectation) and EE (Exceeding Expectation) instead of converting a category into a misleading percentage. Blended numeric evidence remains a percentage. The small source letters explain the evidence: T teacher rubric, A assignment or test, Q LMS quest, P past paper or exam, and G learning game.

The coverage note confirms how many active learners were loaded and how many currently have sub-strand-tagged evidence. A learner row with missing circles is still loaded; it means no scored, tagged result exists for those areas, not zero mastery. Search by learner name or admission number, and use the learner and area controls to move through a large class without introducing a vertical page scroll.

The subject rail, priority map, mastery heatmap and guided action panel remain inside the available screen height on a desktop. Their paging controls replace the previous long vertical page.

Create a support group

The right-hand panel guides the decision in three steps:

1. Select one or more focus areas from the Priority map or the Mastery heatmap headings.
2. Choose Use suggested cohort to select learners whose mastery is below the threshold in any chosen area. You may add or remove individual learners in the heatmap.
3. Enter a clear group name and choose Create group. ShuleOne saves the current mastery as the baseline for later comparison.

Open Saved groups to assign focused practice, check whether families are reachable, notify parents and measure the latest result against the saved baseline. The outcome tiles show the starting point, current result, completed practice and observed change. A missing reassessment is reported as Awaiting review; it is never treated as zero improvement.

Choose Reports at the top of the Intervention Centre. The available PDFs are:

• Class summary — the selected class and subject, priority sub-strands, evidence coverage and recommended cohort size.
• Intervention impact — the saved group’s focus areas, support that was assigned, assignment completion, baseline mastery, latest mastery and learner-level change.
• Learner impact — a family-ready before–support–now view for one learner, followed by their mastery profile, priority gaps and recommended follow-up. Select a class and subject before generating this report.

You can also download PDF report directly from a saved group’s actions. Intervention PDFs are marked confidential because they contain learner performance information. Store and share them according to the school’s learner-data policy.

What’s new - 1 September 2026

• The mastery view now confirms the complete active roster separately from evidence coverage and includes learner/admission-number search.
• Averages state how many learners contributed evidence, and rubric-only results display CBC bands rather than repeated percentage equivalents.

• Mastery now combines all scored, sub-strand-tagged classroom, assignment, LMS, past-paper/exam and learning-game evidence, with source letters shown beside each result.
• Circular mastery profiles replace the previous spreadsheet-style heatmap.
• Teacher, cohort and learner reports now show Before, Support used and Now, and keep an honest waiting state until follow-up evidence exists.
