Welcome to ShuleOne

ShuleOne is a school platform built by Educraft Software Ltd. It covers the two halves of running a school:

  • The office — admissions, fees and accounting, HR and payroll, stores, the library, the timetable, transport, and how the school talks to parents.
  • The classroom — schemes and lesson plans, exams and CBC assessment, e-learning, and a learning portal where students work through lessons, coding and practice tests.

These two halves are separate websites that share one set of school data. You do not have to know which one you are in to use it — but knowing helps when someone tells you to “go to ShuleOne”, because there is more than one place that could mean.

Which site am I supposed to be on?

If you land on the wrong one, your sign-in will usually be rejected — a student account cannot sign in to the management system, and an office account has nothing to show in the student portal.

How these guides are written

Every page is task-oriented: it tells you where the screen is, what it is for, and the steps to complete the job. Screens are shown as they appear to a user with full rights, so you may see fewer buttons than a screenshot shows. That is normal — see Accounts and roles.

Where a screen behaves differently for 8-4-4 and CBC schools, the difference is called out in a note like this one:
