Send any of these to the school’s ShuleOne number. Only the first word or phrase matters,
so balance please and balance do the same thing — and if none of them fit, just write
a normal sentence.

Where the school supports payment prompts, paying starts an M-Pesa prompt on your phone. You confirm it with your own PIN — the message itself does not move any money.
Where prompts are not enabled, WhatsApp shows the M-Pesa Business number and the
exact Account to enter instead. Copy the account exactly as shown: some schools use
a school identifier and campus letter before the admission number to route the payment
correctly. For example, Family Bank’s shared paybill may show an account such as
183506#V1500, not only 1500.

Premium subscriptions
Section titled “Premium subscriptions”Send subscription or ask about Premium to see the available child and family plans
for your linked account. Choose who the plan covers, then choose monthly, termly or
annual billing. The reply shows the price before you choose a payment method.
M-Pesa prompt sends a request to your registered WhatsApp phone number. Approve it
with your M-Pesa PIN on your phone; do not send your PIN or an OTP in WhatsApp.
Paystack link opens a secure checkout page when your ShuleOne account has an email
address. After payment, the browser opens ShuleOne Connect, which checks the payment
before showing Premium as active. You can reply check in WhatsApp to see whether
the payment has been confirmed. If the status is still pending, check it before
starting another payment.
The pay fees command is for school fees. It does not buy Premium.
At an enabled school, loan 15000 3 agree applies for KES 15,000 over
three months when the lender product permits that period; use loan 15000 now agree for
one payment. The confirmation shows the captured interest, total, instalment and any
late-payment rule. agree allows ShuleOne to
share the learner’s verified fee and payment data with the selected independent lender
for that application. Without it, nothing is saved. The lender—not the school—decides
the loan. A school that is not enabled receives no application.

Ask for results first: it lists the recent exams with a number against each. Then send
report 12 for the full breakdown of that one.

Reporting an absence this way reaches the school properly and is recorded — it is better than a message to a teacher’s personal phone, which may not be passed on.
The calendar answer combines upcoming entries from School Calendar & Events with the class’s opening, mid-term, clinic and closing dates from Academics → Report Dates. Class-only events are shown only to guardians of learners in that class. When the same milestone exists in both places, WhatsApp lists it once.

Contact requests return the public phone number, email and address saved in the school’s official ShuleOne profile. They work for registered parents and for prospective parents whose number is not linked to a learner. Private staff contact details are never shown.
If it does not recognise you
Section titled “If it does not recognise you”The assistant matches your phone number against the guardian numbers on your child’s record. If it does not know you:
- You may be messaging from a different number than the school holds.
- The school may have an old number, or a typo in it.
- The same number may be attached to more than one parent record. ShuleOne will not guess which family is asking.
Either way the fix is at the school office, not in WhatsApp. Ask them to check the guardian contact on your child’s record.
If you have several children
Section titled “If you have several children”Ask normally. If the request is ambiguous, the assistant asks which child rather than guessing — or you can name them: “balance for Brian”.
