CSF data sharing

The CSF Integration page is available to super administrators. It shows the schools and campuses selected for CSF reporting, previews current data and provides the controlled historical backfill workflow.

The approved historical pass covers 2024 Term 1 through 2026 Term 1. It sends fee collection only, with one termly record for every school or campus period marked SEND in the manifest. Periods marked N/A are retained in the manifest for reconciliation but are not transmitted.

This pass does not send enrollment or weekly collection curves. Weekly curves are a separate second pass and should remain deferred until CSF asks for them.

  1. Open Super Admin → CSF Integration.
  2. Select Generate manifest and review the school or campus code, year, term and action for every row.
  3. Download and share the manifest when CSF requests pre-clearance.
  4. After CSF approves that exact manifest, select CSF has approved the manifest and cleared historical records.
  5. Select Send approved historical backfill once. Use the status panel to follow accepted, skipped and failed records.

Each transmitted record uses the exact CSF school or campus code. A unit without a code fails safely instead of being matched by name. The historical run goes to CSF’s dedicated backfill inbox and is labelled with batch shuleone-2026-08-hist and provider version shuleone-hist-v1.

Only schools with CSF export enabled are included in group previews, nightly sharing, manifests and historical runs. A school that should no longer report can be excluded by disabling CSF export while retaining its CSF code for audit history. Do not remove or reuse an existing code.

The ordinary nightly integration continues independently of the historical pass. Its current-period payloads still use the normal CSF inbox and do not carry the historical batch fields. Disabling a reporting unit excludes it from future nightly and group runs; it does not delete data that CSF previously accepted.
