Read or save a paper
Section titled “Read or save a paper”- Open reads the PDF inside ShuleOne.
- Save offline keeps an app-private copy so the paper can open without a connection.
- Marking scheme opens separately when an approved scheme is available.
ShuleOne does not show an export or share button for protected papers. Saving offline keeps the copy inside the app or browser store; it is not the same as downloading a file to share. As with any visible document, screenshots cannot be technically prevented.
Practise and track progress
Section titled “Practise and track progress”When Sit this exact paper is available, it opens the approved structured transcription of the source questions in the exam player. Your sitting can be resumed, submitted and marked inside ShuleOne. The action appears only after staff have digitised and independently approved the exact source under the recorded publishing rights.
Practice a similar paper builds a digital practice paper from the source paper’s subject and assessment format. It is AI-generated and does not reproduce or claim that you answered the original PDF questions.
After submitting the practice paper, open Progress report on the same shelf card to see:
- latest, best and average score;
- change since the previous marked attempt;
- whether each sitting was handed in within the server clock; and
- whether the attempt was an Exact source paper or AI-similar practice; and
- areas to strengthen, based only on questions carrying verified CBC sub-strand tags.
Reading a PDF, opening a marking scheme or keeping a paper offline never counts as an attempt. Only a submitted and marked digital sitting appears in the report.
Offline copies are account-bound. ShuleOne removes the signed-out account’s protected copies on logout or direct account switch and never exposes another account’s saved paper. During a temporary network outage, only a copy already saved under an explicit offline right can open, and ShuleOne labels the publishing-rights check as stale. A withdrawal or definitive access denial removes that protected copy. Question-paper and marking-scheme permissions are checked and removed independently.
