School materials
Go to E-learning → School materials. First, enable school materials and map classes in Learning settings.
Upload a draft
Section titled “Upload a draft”- Select Upload material.
- Enter a clear title, choose the class and enter the subject.
- Add instructions or a short description.
- Choose the file and select Upload draft.
Use PDF textbooks and notes up to 50 MB, or MP4 video, MP3/M4A/WAV audio, JPEG or PNG up to 100 MB. Convert Word or PowerPoint documents to PDF first.
The selected class determines the curriculum. Material belongs to your active school. To share it with another class, upload a separate copy for that audience.
Review and publish
Section titled “Review and publish”New uploads are Drafts. Select Preview to check the content, then Publish to release it to active learners in the selected class.
Select Unpublish to withdraw it. Delete removes it from the school library after confirmation. To replace or correct a file, withdraw the old material and upload the corrected version.
What learners see
Section titled “What learners see”Learners open School materials on the web or Materials in the student app. They search by title or subject, then choose Read material, Watch lesson, Listen, or Open material.
Drafts and materials for other schools or classes do not appear. Download controls appear only when the school permits downloads. View online requires an internet connection.
If a viewing link expires, close and reopen the material. If a class cannot see a lesson, check publication, the selected class, its curriculum mapping, active enrolment and the school’s learning settings.
Find a material by type
Section titled “Find a material by type”Use All, Notes, Video lessons, Audio, or Images above the library. Each filter shows a count. Search within the selected type by title, subject or class. PDF uploads appear under Notes; the file type determines the category automatically. Publishing and download permissions work the same in every category.
Link a video instead of uploading
Section titled “Link a video instead of uploading”Choose Upload material → Source → Link a video. Enter a public HTTPS URL that points directly to an MP4 file, along with the class, subject and description. Save the draft, preview it and publish it. Learners watch it inside ShuleOne’s player. YouTube page links are not supported by this field.
The source website controls availability and copying of linked media. Linked videos are view-only within ShuleOne, even when file downloads are enabled. Use a private upload when school-controlled access is required. Online viewing cannot prevent screenshots, screen recording or all copying by a determined viewer.
